Do I need to register a domain name before we build?

No — we can register your domain as part of your package.

I know I need a website, but I'm not sure what to put on it — can you help with that?

Yes. Tell us about your business, what you want to achieve, and who your customers are, and we’ll take it from there. This is covered in a consultation as part of your onboarding.

How long will it take for my website to be up?

It depends on the scope of the project — the size of the site and what’s required. It can range from 2 days to 12 weeks; it really comes down to what you need.

Will I be able to make changes to the website myself?

Absolutely. We design and build your website, then hand you the keys. We’ll show you how to make changes whenever you need to.
(assumption: worth adding 1-2 more covering payment/cancellation and what happens if the client isn’t happy at the review stage, since those are common pre-purchase objections. Happy to draft those too if useful.)
