If you are on our Builder or Professional plan, you don’t have to worry about updating your website yourself. Our team handles your routine text edits, image swaps, and service updates for you!
How to Send an Update Request
To make sure your changes are published as quickly as possible, follow these simple tips when reaching out to your Account Manager:
- Be Specific About the Page: Let us know exactly which page needs changing (e.g., “On the Services page under Pricing…”).
- Provide the Exact Text: Type out the new wording or updates directly in your message rather than sending screenshots of text.
- Attach High-Quality Images: If you’re adding new project photos, attach the original image files (JPEG or PNG format).
Turnaround Times
- Standard Text & Image Edits: Completed within 1 to 2 business days.
- New Page Additions or Layout Changes: Completed within 3 to 5 business days depending on scope.
