What You’ll Need Before You Begin
- Your full business email address.
- The password provided during your email setup.
- Your device (iPhone, Android, Mac, or Windows PC).
Step 1: Gather Your Server Settings
For most standard mail applications, use the following settings:
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com (Port: 993 / SSL Enabled)
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (Port: 465 / SSL Enabled)
- Username: Your full email address (you@yourbusiness.com)
Step 2: Add Account to Your Phone or App
- Open your device’s Settings or your email app (e.g., Apple Mail or Outlook).
- Tap Add Account and select Other (or IMAP).
- Enter your name, full email address, and password.
- Input the Incoming and Outgoing server details listed in Step 1.
